I’m a planner. (“You?? Nooooo. No way.” 😉 ) But I’m sure you already know this. And while I spend so much time planning every stupid little detail of my day, I’m always forgetting about planning out my meals. Silly, right? It was one of my New Year’s resolutions and it’s probably the one I gave up on first. #oopsies
So it’s time for me to reel it in, because not planning my meals is costing me way too much time and money, and is usually what leads to overindulging and breaking my dietary rules. These Weight Watchers lunch ideas are a great way to start getting in the groove of meal planning…again.

Weight Watchers Points:
Chicken Fajita Wraps – 7 per serving, 28 per recipe
Buffalo Chicken Bites – 3 per serving (4 bites per serving)
Instant Pot Sweet Potato Chili – 1 per serving
Mason Jar Salad – 4 per jar (+ 1/8 shredded cheese = 6 per jar) – These are totally modifiable, so you can adjust to fit your needs, but be sure to count carefully!
Asian Stuffed Bell Peppers – 7 per serving, 44 per recipe
Ranch Dressing – 6 per recipe (there are 15 servings, so that’s less than 1/2 point per serving!) – Okay, no Ranch dressing is not a meal in itself, but put it on some of those great zero point foods to fill you up! Think leafy greens, bell peppers, tomatoes…salad, anyone?
Spanish Rice w/ Chicken – 1 per serving (serves 4)
Mac N Cheese – 6 per serving, 48 per recipe (serves 8)
Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps – 6 points per serving, 24 per recipe (to reduce points use only 1 Tsp coconut oil = 5 points per serving, 18 per recipe)
Beef Gyros – 8 per serving (omit the pita and put on top of lettuce to make it only 6 points)
Burrito Bowls – 3 per serving
Shredded Mexican Chicken – 4 per serving (based on 6 servings)
Cracked Out Chicken – 5 per serving (serves 4)
Egg Roll Bowl – 6 servings = 6 per serving; 8 servings = 4 per serving
Instant Pot Green Tea – 2 per serving – Also not a meal, but I LOVE green tea and it’s a great way to get through the afternoon and help detoxify the body a bit
