OK guys – it’s finally DONE. The printable keto tracker is here! If you follow me on my shop’s Facebook page, you know these have been in the works for awhile now. Truthfully, they’ve been done for weeks, but I’ve been so busy with everyone else going on (a new business! selling the house! Pinners is coming up!) that I completely dropped the ball on these.
So I’m going to make these free, to thank you for your patience. And also to thank you for being awesome, and for liking and using things that I make. You have no idea how happy that makes me.

Also, my friend Sarah from Simply Abundant Health is a health coach who trains clients about keto – and she’s included a free printable keto food list for you, too (I’ve packaged it up nice and neat in the keto tracker!). If you’re new to keto or you’re struggling, hire Sarah – she knows her stuff!
