Today, I am ALL IN for a hopefully redeeming round of the fix – and I’m working on some new posts for me fellow fixers! I want to start with this one – 21 Day Fix dinner recipes – because I know dinner is where I fail the hardest (be sure to check out my tools and tips for success at the bottom of this post – I have had a lot of success with this program, despite my most recent slip-up).
All of these recipes include the container counts right next to them (with a couple of exceptions, because, math), and they all look easy – many even look easier than the 21 Day Fix Crock Pot recipes I shared before.

Deli Sandwich Chicken Wrap (1 yellow, 1 green, 1 red, 1 blue)
Jalapeno, Bacon and Beer Cheese Turkey Burgers (1.5 red, .5 green, .5 blue)
Black Bean Quesadilla (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green, .5 blue)
Spicy White Bean & Chicken Soup (.75 yellow, .5 green, .5 red, .5 blue, 1 tsp)
Chicken Burrito Bowls (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green, .5 blue)
Healthy Ranch Chicken Skillet Meal (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 blue, 1.5 green)

Roasted Butternut Squash, Black Beans and Quinoa (haven’t figured this out exactly, but looks to be roughly 1 green, 2 yellow, 1 red)
Sweet Potato Chicken Sausage Hash (sorry…I need to figure out these containers still, too, but definitely worth doing a little math for this one!)

I think the good thing about the recipes is that the 21 Day Fix is just whole foods in reasonable portions…so the recipes are healthy options for anyone! Glad to know about the Mexican lasagna!
Hello! Thank you for your recipes! I had a question about #22 Roasted Butternut Squash, Black Beans and Quinoa (haven’t figured this out exactly, but looks to be roughly 1 green, 2 yellow, 1 red)
Where is the Red? I’m currently doing my 2nd round of 21DF and I’m meal planning for the next 2 weeks. This recipe sounds amazing but I wasn’t sure where the protein was? I was just going to add chicken to it. Thank you!
