In our family’s list of favorite holidays, May the Fourth falls somewhere close behind Christmas.

May the Fourth Activities for Kids

  1. Star Wars breakfast – start the day off right with chewbacca hashbrowns and tie fighter eggs!
  2. DIY Princess Leia costume – still a favorite around here, this no-sew costume has held up really well (and been through the washing machine several times, too!). 
  3. Throw a party – get cute ideas from this fun Star Wars party.
  4. Print these Star Wars Lego bookmarks – these are perfect for your Star Wars-loving youngster.
  5. Lightsaber bookmarks – kids will also love these printable lightsaber bookmarks!
  6. Make some soap – this Star Wars soap is easy to make and kids will love it.
  7. Star Wars wall art – this amazing wall art looks like it came from a store, it’s so pretty – and it’s the perfect way to dress up a room!
  8. Printable Star Wars activity book – LOVE this. Print it out and let the kids stay busy with their favorite Star Wars characters!
  9. DIY Star Wars crayons – another fun activity for the kids, and BONUS – it’s a way to use up all those broken crayons you have!
  10. Star Wars printable card for Dad – let the kids make Dad a fun card.
  11. Star Wars crafts – let the kids pick out a craft from this great list.
  12. Printable puppets – have a puppet show with these fun printable puppets.
  13. DIY Stormtrooper costume – no sewing involved!
  14. Read one of these fun Star Wars books
  15. Star Wars printable card for mom – make a card for mom!

Those Star Wars Canvases are incorrect. The rebels did not use X-Wings when fighting against the AT-ATs on Hoth. Those would be T-47 airspeeders.

I love Star Wars because it's something from my childhood that I can now enjoy with my own kids!

I love Star Wars because of the characters and also when Star Wars first came out, my dad stood in line with my brothers and I to see it, it is one of the best memories ever of my childhood.
