Usually when I do these posts I offer up some helpful, seasonal resources, and this month is no exception! I’m going to share a few great meal planning resources and a couple great recipes for May.

How do I use a meal planning printable?
The way I have this printable set up (and all of my meal planning printables, actually), you’ll use the left-hand side for your weekly menu. Write down what you’ll be eating. Then, use the right-hand side for you grocery list. Some people tear or cut the list off…others will take the whole page to the store so they can remember what they’re having for the week and make changes if necessary.
What are some good meal prep recipes for May?
May is usually a busy month. Many of us have kids in school and this is the time of year the school year wraps up. It’s also the gateway to summer…we’ve got more daylight, warmer days, and lots of activities! This is a great month for meal prepping.
Here are some recipes and meal prepping help that I think you will find valuable:
- Everything you need to know about freezing vegetables, you can find right here! With the abundance of beautiful, fresh produce we see this time of year, it can be so easy to buy too much. Read this post and never waste those fruits and veggies again!
- Here’s how I meal prep for lunches with the Instant Pot. A couple hours in the kitchen at one time will save you tons more hours over the course of the week!
- These freezer-friendly breakfast recipes are great for busy mornings…just pull them out of the freezer and heat them up and go!
