When I was working through the Couch to 5k program, one of the things that kept me going was knowing that every time I finished a run, I would get to check it off on my progress tracker. That was so satisfying! With that in mind, I made another fitness tracker. This printable 21 Day fitness tracker can be used to track your workouts and reach your goals, and it comes in both 8.5×11 and A5 sizes!

There are so many ways to use this fitness tracker.
If you’re following the 21 Day Fix, this tracker is a fantastic way to motivate you to finish the program. Your goal could be something like, “Complete a round of 21 Day Fix workouts” (or whatever sounds right to you!). Every day, check off a box (or use a sticker, or color it in all cute) as you complete your workout.
This is a great visual to help you see how far into your goal you are – and how close you are to finishing it!
There is plenty of room in the box to write down the name of the workout you just completed, or even some short notes.
You can also see I set one of these up to track HIIT workouts. I’m new to HIIT classes, and I want to know once I’ve completed 21 workouts. It’s also a great motivator – seeing how many I’ve completed makes me want to burn through my 21 classes rather than let it stall out.
