Raise your hand if you’re hosting a party for the Big Game! Or maybe your house is the go-to house for all the football games. Today I’m going to share with you a few ways you can make party planning for a big game as simple as possible – like using a printable game day party planner like the one I have for you here! And because I love y’all, it’s available in 8.5×11 AND as an A5 planner insert. Woohoo!
Here are three ways to make your Game Day party super simple (because I am all about simple).
Let Jersey Mike’s catering do the work! You can order a catering box, like the one you see here, and feed everyone. We ordered club sandwiches. I was able to do it all online and then pick it up one hour later. You can customize your order, and they even have a gluten-free bread option.
And of coure we all need chips for a party, right? popchips are a crunchy, yummy choice. They even have a ridged chip – and they have ten flavors. My kids favorite is the tangy barbecue…I kind of love the cheddar and sour cream best. They aren’t fried, or greasy, but they’ve got just as much flavor as more traditional chips.
You can grab popchips at your local grocery store or buy them online.
And if you want to add some more protein into the mix, Old Wisconsin turkey bites are a quick and easy option. High in protein and gluten-free, they are made with premium ingredients and packaged for easy snacking on-the-go. Toss them in a bowl and you have a party snack at your fingertips!
Now, how to coordinate it all one place so you’re not running to the grocery store a million times the day of the big game (because we all know that is the WORST). Use this planning printable to map out everything you need for the big game, from sandwiches you need to pick up to snacks to drinks to supplies (napkins and trash bags and plates, oh my!). While you’re planning out your day, use the column on the right to create your grocery list. This is a simple way to keep it all together and make sure you don’t miss anything.
Download this printable big game party planner in both an 8.5×11 and as an A5 planner insert below! Please download by clicking on the black and white download button. This file is hosted on a Google drive. Many times, school districts, doctor’s offices, and other networks cannot download due to network settings. If that is the case for you, email me (don’t request access through the Google doc, that won’t work) and I will send them to you directly.
