I’m Rachel - a wife and mom of 2 great but spirited boys. Clark is 8 and Lennon is 3.5.

In 2015, I found myself on a journey of wellness and self discovery shortly after having Lennon.

I have been able to change my life and my family’s with simple and sustainable nutrition, environmental changes sand support from an incredible community of like minded men and women . I believe that without these groups and community I would not have successfully lost 156 pounds over the last 3 years.

My mission is to share the communities I found and my health journey with as many people as possible.
