The Instant Pot is where it’s at. I made three things with mine yesterday – Buttered Steel Cut Oats (Fix-friendly, even though it doesn’t sound like it!), Breakfast Quiche and Ranch Chicken. And that was in less than two hours.
If you are still on the fence and don’t have an Instant Pot yet, this is the one I have and love.

- Beef Pho – measure what you scoop into your bowl for container counts
- Buffalo Chicken Chili – 1 red, 1 gree, .5 blue
- Swedish Meatballs – 1 red, 1.5 tsp, .25 yellow
- Beef Stew – 1.5 red, 1 green
- Mac & Cheese (gluten-free) – 1.5 yellow, .5 tsp, 1 blue, .5 green
- Flank Steak Tacos – 1 red, 1 yellow, .5 green, .5 blue, .5 tsp
- Zuppa Toscana Soup – 1 red, .75 green, .5 blue, 1 yellow
- Orange Chicken – 1 red, .25 purple
