It’s hard to believe it’s 2018. 20 – freaking – 18!!! Things are finally slowing down a bit, and I’m taking the time to get my eating habits under control after a full month (OK, maybe 2…) of holiday bingeing. I’m also going to start working on that New Year’s resolution of mine: time management. Again. This year, I am going to rely heavily on the Instant Pot to make cooking meals more efficient. This week, I’ve rounded up 21 Day Fix Instant Pot yellow-free dinners to inspire us all.

If you are still on the fence and don’t have an Instant Pot yet, this is the one I have and love.
Beef Stew – 1.5 red, 1 green
Maple BBQ Chicken – 1 red, 1 tsp
Zucchini & Crab Soup – 2 green, .5 red, .5 blue, .5 tsp
Asian Chicken Thighs – 1 red, 1 tsp
Balsamic Chicken – 1 red, .5 green
Beef & Broccoli – 1 red, 1 green, .5 tsp
Caprese Chicken – 1 red, 1 green, .5 blue
BBQ Pulled Pork – 1 red, .5 tsp (I love using pulled pork in lettuce wraps! So good.
Butternut Squash Soup – 1 green, .5 red, .25 blue, 1 tsp
Balsamic Pork Tenderloin – 1 red, .5 tsp
Chicken Marsala – 1 red, .5 green, .5 tsp
Pork Carnitas – 1 red
Chicken w/ Bruschetta Topping – 1 red, 1 green, 2 tsp
Beanless Beef Chili – 1.5 green, 1 red, .5 tsp (Paleo and Whole 30 friendly :))
Salsa Verde Pork – 1 red, .5 green
Cilantro Lime Chicken Drumsticks – 1 red, 1 tsp
Unstuffed Cabbage Roll Soup – 2 green, 1.5 red
