There are some things in my diet that I’m just not ready to give up, like butter, bread, and…pasta. While I may not indulge myself everyday, sometimes I have to cheat and have a piece of buttered toast for breakfast with a side of bacon. I can’t help it. Luckily for the devilish side of my cravings, the 21 Day Fix has delicious and SMART ways to incorporate pasta into your culinary repertoire (aannnddd using your Instant Pot!) These 21 Day Fix Instant Pot Pastas are quick, easy, and tasty and what’s best? I don’t have to sacrifice everything to reach my goals, and that always makes me happy 🙂
21 Day Fix Instant Pot Pastas
If you are still on the fence and don’t have an Instant Pot yet, this is the one I have and love.
Gluten Free Mac N Cheese – 1.5 yellow, 1 green, .5 blue, .5 tsp
Goulash – 1 yellow, .5 red, .5 green
Healthier Lasagna – 1 red, .5 yellow, .5 green, .5 blue
Paleo Beef Bolognese – 2 green, 1 red, 1 tsp (Learn the beauty of the spaghetti squash with this recipe – yes, I’m considering it a noodle!)
Pumpkin Pasta w/ Spicy Sausage – 2 yellow, 1 red, 1 green, .5 blue, 1 tsp
Spaghetti Sauce w/ Meat Sauce – 2 green, .75 red, .5 blue
Cauliflower Cheeseburger “Mac” – 1 red, 1 blue, 1 green, 1 tsp (OK, this is totally not a pasta, but it’s a great way to feel like you’re splurging with the best of ’em)
Shrimp & Spaghetti Squash Fra Diavolo – 1 red, 1 green
Pad Thai – 1.5 green, 1 yellow, .33 red, 1/3 tsp
Mac N Cheese – 1 yellow, 1 blue, .25 green, smidge of a tsp (the serving portion for this is 1/2 cup, not the typical 1 cup. Just sayin’ be cautious of portions!)
