Is one of your goals to meal plan? I’m telling you guys…meal planning is SO HELPFUL. When we meal plan, evenings are just easier. And that’s saying a lot…because evenings are basically crazy.
Really, though, it’s true…meal planning makes for a less stressful dinner. We save money. We eat healthier. We eat together as a family.
It’s not always like that on the evenings we don’t meal plan (or, don’t stick to it). On those nights we randomly pull food together (usually, unhealthy), often eat at different times, or most likely, go out to eat.
I use my Meal Planner to plan out our meals (in fact, I will often plan out a month’s worth of meals…you can see how I do that here).
But you don’t need a Meal Planner, or anything fancy for that matter, to get started meal planning (although, I do think it’s more fun when it’s pretty…which is where this meal planning printable comes into play!).
