1/2cunsweet almond milk
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend into a puree. Distribute evenly in the popsicle molds. Place in freezer until frozen through.
Serve and enjoy once frozen!
If you're using frozen berries:
OK, so if you have fresh berries, go ahead and make exactly as the directions above read. But if you have frozen strawberries, let them thaw first or thaw them yourself in a pan over low heat. I kind of LOVE the juice that comes off of frozen strawberries...it's just so darn sweet (and totally not cheating on the fix, as long as no sugar has been added). I thawed my berries in a pan like this and then blended the berries with their juice, the bananas, and the the almond mill. I think that's why the colors are so vibrant and delicious-looking.
