21 Day Fix Pumpkin Pie Shake

Ingredients

pumpkin puree
canned is fine, but I made my own with this super simple recipe

Greek yogurt

almond milk

ice cubes

teaspoon
honey
1/2
teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with cinnamon. Enjoy!
Notes
Add spinach to get your greens in. You can also add protein powder for even more protein.
