Instructions
Place oats, milk, yogurt, honey, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla in a mason jar or other container with a lid. Shake well. Remove the lid and add carrots, raisins, pineapple, pecans and coconut, stir. Cover, place in the fridge overnight. Before serving add extra carrots, pineapple, coconut, and pecans if desired.
