In a medium bowl, mix the blended oats/flaxseed with the peanut butter, honey, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until all of the ingredients are well-blended. If the batter feels runny (sometimes natural peanut butter can be oily!), stick it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
Put wax paper on a baking sheet. Roll the batter into 12 balls, about 1" each.
You can eat them right away, but I prefer to stick them in the freezer for about an hour. Once cold, I place them in a freezer-safe container and store in the freezer until I'm ready to eat them.
