21 Day Fix Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Place oats, milk, honey, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract and 2 tbs of blueberries in a jar. Stir well. Cover and refridgerate overnight. Add remaining blueberries and serve immediately.
