I love my crock pot, but I haven’t used it lately. I love this list, not just for Weight Watchers, but for anyone who wasn’t to make the “lifestyle change”. 🙂 Or just eat healthier. Thank you for linking up with Creative Style Linkup! Have a blessed weekend!
Thank you, thank you. I haven’t committed to Weight Watcher’s again…yet, although I am considering it. It’s been a LONG time since I went to a meeting, about 15 years. These recipes will help me transition my meal planning goals.

Hi! I LOVE my crock pot! Thanks for posting! I hope this isn’t a repeat question or that I missed it somewhere but are these old points or points plus? Thanks!
First off I want to say suyperb blog! I had a qick queston which I’d like to ask if
you don’t mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and
clear your mind prior to writing. I have had a difficult tikme clearing my mind
in getting my thoughts out there. I do enjoy writing but it
just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin.
Any suggestions or tips? Thank you!
Excellent beat ! I wish to apprentice even as you amend your website, how can i subscribe for a blog site?
The account aided me a appropriate deal. I have been a little
bit familiar of this your broadcast offered bright transparent concept
Carrie,
Thanks you so much for these recipes. I’m a fellow Weight Watcher…20 pounds down and 20 to go. I know it’s hard but hang in there ’cause we both know it works! Can’t wait to share some of your recipes at our next WW meeting here in Maine!

My hubby has been talking about doing Weight Watchers and I haven’t been too interested. I’ll have to try some of these out and see what I (and he) think. Great round-up. Pinning 🙂
My hubby lost a bunch of weight on WW last year. Then we quit. BOOOOO for us. BUT…I’m signing up again today actually. This the best plan I have found for actually losing weight, and I’ve tried a bunch. They have a special right now that waives the membership fee and gives one free month, so if he’s interested it’s a great time to sign up.
I totally understand “falling off the wagon”. WW is great & I’ve followed it in the past…you deff. won’t go hungry! One thing I’ve found to work alongside WW, is Plexus…an all natural, diabetic friendly 1X a day drink (stick like crystal lite) that balances blood glucose levels. ..that’s huge in managing weight & other issues.
