It’s Sunday again! This week I’m sharing my *actual* weekly meal plan. I usually just pull together new recipes that I want to try or things I’m putting on a future meal plan. That’s mostly because I try to write these posts early in the week (or several weeks out), and a lot can change between when I write the post and when I actually sit down to meal plan.
Also, I often meal plan for a month at a time (as I did this month), and when I do that, we often repeat meals. And that’s boring (for these posts, anyway). But I am super behind today, and I just wrote out my meal plan – and I’m going to duplicate it for you here.
And here it is, all written out for you! 🙂
Weekly Meal Plan
Balsamic Caramelized Onion Burgers (expect, we’ll be using beef) + Grilled Veggies
Lemon Garlic Sheet Pan Chicken (love this, because it’s a protein and veggies all in one dish)
Zoodles with Meat Sauce (here’s a guide to zoodles if you’re new to these!)
Cheesy Baked Eggs in Creamy Tomato Sauce (WHAAAAAT. These look SO GOOD).
