Am I the only one still waiting for fall to actually come??? I know it’s only the beginning of October, but should I really be sweating at my computer right now? Grrr….
But, to my advantage, I’ve created a weekly meal plan using the last few batches of summer veggies and mixing them with lots of fall deliciousness, making me slightly (very slightly) willing to sacrifice a few more undesired beads of sweat than I would normally like to…in fall.
