Anyone else feeling like this year is flying by?!? I mean, I was pretty convinced that the holidays were suuuuper far away until my cousin called me to discuss what she is going to make for Thanksgiving dinner this year (she’s a real planner, it must be genetic)! This weekly meal plan is easy. Like, “Maybe I’ll catch up on life AND watch a TV show” easy. A much needed plan for such a hectic month. I’ve included lots of one pots and casseroles that can be reheated for lunch the next day or shared with coworkers to make life a little more happy and tasty. Oh, and simple. Simple sounds great 🙂
