My coworkers love it when I get inspired. I love searching for delicious recipes each week to put together the perfect weekly meal plan, and I’m always overwhelmed with hunger when I’m done. Shocking, right? When my head and my planner are full of recipes that I simply can’t wait to make, I go a *little* nuts and just make everything, which means the hungry boys at work (OK, they’re actually grown men) reap all the benefits when I bring my culinary projects in to share. They are my beloved little guinea pigs that will eat anything. And I absolutely love them for that!
This week I showed up to our weekly meeting with the Make Ahead Southwest Breakfast Casserole, and they went nuts ::polite pat on the back:: I didn’t tell them it took me about 15 minutes to prep, and that I did it the night before. Oh, and I also didn’t tell them it’s a 21 Day Fix recipe. Oopsies 🙂
