OK, so I may have had a little too much fun last week and now I’m paying for it…literally. I’ve got a fridge full of zucchini, a basket full lemons, and far too much chicken – oh, and pants that are way (WAY!) too snug! But at least I have a nice tan, so I have that going for me 🙂 I used this weekly meal plan as motivation to minimize waste and get back to my healthy habits. Zucchini for breakfast? Sure. Zucchini for lunch? Why not? AND dinner? Duh.
I’ve got some seriously delicious stuff this week, and to make it even more exciting – it’s all 21 Day Fix friendly! Yup, every single, scrumptious bite of it. As tempting as it is to live the “If you can’t tone it, tan it” lifestyle this summer, the reality is that my body doesn’t have that luxury anymore. At all. So I’ll be cooking up these fresh and easy meals this week to get myself on track and into those skinny jeans again. Get it, girl.
