Printable Father’s Day Card: Dad is Rad

Printable Father’s Day Card: Dad is Rad

If your Father’s Day looks anything like my Father’s Day, you’ll find yourself at Target the night before, digging through the card section and wondering why all the good ones are already taken. Then you’ll wander around Target for thirty minutes (or more, no judgement) with the best card you could find, kicking yourself for waiting so long, as you meander through the kids’ clothing section, down the makeup aisle, and towards office supplies (smelling all the candles on the end caps as you go, of course).

Printable Father's Day CardOr maybe that’s just me?

Actually, that’s the old me. The new me just prints off a card I find online or (better yet!) tells my kids to make one. A couple years ago, I made this super cute Star Wars printable Father’s Day card. And this year, I made another printable Father’s Day card (it says Dad is Rad, so fun). But this one is a little different because there are a couple of different ways you can print it.

As an HP Smart Mom Panel member, I receive products, promotional items and educational material to use and share as I see fit. However, any opinions expressed by me are honest and reflect my actual experience.

Printable Father's Day CardThis year, I had some HP photo card paper to try out. I’ve printed on photo paper before, and I’ve printed cards before, but I think this is the first time I’ve printed cards on photo paper. I wanted to make something bright, summery, and fun – and I wanted to take advantage of the HP technology available to make this look like something you could buy in a store.

YOU GUYS IT PRINTED SO PRETTY.

Printable Father's Day CardIf you want to buy this exact product to print your cards on, you can order the HP Card & Invitation Kit here (it’s the glossy one with rounded corners). It’s pretty inexpensive…I think around $5 for 25 cards, but there might be some trial and error with printer settings, so be prepared to lose a few (or, just be more technical than I am and get it right the first time, I suppose!).

This file is a PDF designed to print right onto the card paper.

You can also print it on card stock and just cut it out, though.

So, there you go – no late-night trip to Target the Saturday before Father’s Day. Unless you want to take a late-night trip to Target. In which case, that is TOTALLY OKAY and I will not tell anyone you already have a card for Father’s Day. 🙂
