I eat yogurt several times a week. My kids eat yogurt several times a week. I know, in theory, that you can make your own yogurt – but I’ve never tried it myself.
But then my friend Sarah over at Life, Love and Thyme made her own and promises it’s easy. She kinda has me thinking it’s easier than it looks and worth trying.
Sarah shares two ways to make your own yogurt – with a crock pot and with a food dehydrator. I’ve been wishing for a food dehydrator for some time now (homemade fruit rolls, WHAT WHAT!), and this might be the thing that pushes me over the edge and convinces me to buy one (although you can use a crock pot, it’s quicker with the dehydrator).
