This week, I’m making a huge effort to not only plan our meals, but also to actually MAKE them all. I am amazing when it comes to planning! Sticking to the plan? Notsomuch.
We have a tendency to do the same boring things over and over again, so this morning I sat down with my BFF (Pinterst, of course) and picked out a few different meals. And then because I didn’t want to get too ambitious, I threw in a tried-and-true favorite that is always good for some leftovers, too!
Here’s what we’re having:
Sunday: Crock Pot Sour Cream Chicken
Monday: Crock Pot Garlic & Herb Beef Roast with veggies and salad
Tuesday: Shredded beef tacos, with leftover beef from Monday’s roast
Wednesday: Grilled chicken and zucchini noodles salad
Thursday: Spaghetti and leftover zucchini noodles salad
Friday: Eat Out
Saturday: Leftover spaghetti and steamed veggies

Oh the crock pot garlic and herb beef roast sounds delicious……..and I can totally relate to the comment about not just planning a meal, but actually making it. LOL
We are meal planning pros…sticking with it? Not so much! We have done pretty well this week though, and the roast was really good!
