Happy Sunday, everyone! I’m working on this week’s meal plan and this week, I’m trying a few new recipes. We normally keep it pretty simple around here, and more than one new recipe in one week is mostly unheard of. But for some reason, I have been subscribed to a bunch of magazines (I didn’t subscribe to them myself, and I have yet to see a bill), and one of those monthly treasures (I LOVE magazines) is Family Circle. And this month’s issue has tempted me with all of their fancy-looking-but-seem-kind-of-easy-to-make recipes.
I’m so serious about these recipes, I even ordered a spiralizer. WHAT!
Sunday: Rotisserie chicken fajitas, grilled veggies
Monday: Asian lettuce wraps with ground beef filling (recipe in Family Circle, but here’s one that looks comparable) and broccoli on the side
Tuesday: Taco Tuesday! Tortilla chips on the side
Wednesday: Veggie lasagna, steamed veggies on the side
Thursday: Crock Pot Shredded BBQ Chicken Sliders, chips and fruit
Friday: Eat Out!
Saturday: Hamburgers and french fries
Be sure to come back for next week’s menu – Brussels Sprouts salad and sweet potato “pasta” are two of the dishes we’ll be trying next week!
