Months ago, my friend Kristen from KristenHewitt.me told me she’d been dreaming of creating the perfect Gratitude Journal for years. It just so happens that I have a print shop and some planner-making skills, and I’d had some people asking me for a gratitude journal lately…so we teamed up to bring you this beautiful book that I think you will love.
The first time I ever saw a gratitude journal was on Oprah. I loved Oprah then, and I really love Oprah now. But anyway, she said to get a journal and write down three things you’re grateful for every day.
So I did.
Who am I to doubt Oprah?!

Keeping a gratitude journal not only keeps your worries and complaints in check (and let’s be honest, we could a little bit of that, right?), but it will also help you live a more mindful and abundant life. What I’ve learned is that practicing gratitude makes me aware of the abundance in my life.
Kristen tracks specific items in her journal, and we brought those into this journal. Our journal gives you space to track your gratitude, but also the day’s events, affirmations, and things you’ve learned. You can fill out every day, or you can just fill out what applies to you. The purpose is to make make gratitude an ongoing practice in your life. And I think you’ll learn that the more you practice, the better you get! 🙂
You can find prompts for your gratitude journal here (sometimes, you need to reminded of what you might be grateful for, and that’s ok!).
