I’ve been using my blender almost every single day for the last two months. I’ve mostly been drinking Shakeology (you can see my most recent 21 Day Fix results here), but I’m getting close to running out – and it’s expensive stuff, so I’m actively looking for a replacement. The thing is, I LOVE Shakeology because it’s so good for me – and also because it fulfills some of my daily protein needs. So when I find an alternative, I’ll want to make sure that it can also provide me with protein and healthy ingredients.
This Apple Cinnamon Smoothie recipe from Sarah over at Life, Love and Thyme fits the bill – it’s 21 Day Fix-friendly AND the yogurt is full of protein! I’d probably use some apple yogurt to get my kids to drink this, and use Greek yogurt (and maybe a few drops of honey) for myself.
