I am definitely getting ready for a major food fest in….less than 2 weeks! Thanksgiving is so close, I can feel myself falling asleep at 3pm already 🙂 Haha, yeah… I wish. I’ll be running around like a…turkey with it’s head cut off? Haha, I had to! But I will love every moment, so I can’t really complain. I’ve created a 21 Day Fix focused weekly meal plan to get my body slightly prepared for the damage I want to do on Turkey Day.
These recipes will truly trick the palette because they are bursting with flavor. Perfect for chilly weather and comforting for the soul, this week is going to be #scrumdiddlyumptious
Weekly Meal Plan
Sloppy Joes (2 Yellow, 1 Red, 1/4 Green) & Spicy Roasted Cauliflower (1 Green, 1 1/2 tsp, 1/4 Blue) – Use only 1 side of the bun for an open-faced Joe to make it only 1 Yellow, or put it in a Romaine leaf to make it more of a Sloppy Joe “Boat” and omit the Yellow altogether, making it 1 Red, 1 Green
Instant Pot Brown Rice Sausage Stuffing (2 Yellow, 1 Red, 1 Green) – This will be making it to my Thanksgiving table this year…
