I can’t count the amount of times my kids have decided they like a food, and then they don’t it anymore. Just like that, too! They like it…and then they don’t. It’s ALL THEY WANT TO EAT…and so I buy it in bulk at Costco…and then they decide they actually hate that food.
Story of my life!
The only food I can think of (well, aside from Peanut Butter and Macaroni & Cheese) that they actually like all the time is yogurt. They love yogurt!
We love mixing fruit, nuts, granola and even cereal with our yogurt. It’s a happy little meal in a bowl!
We filled a bowl with Vanilla Bean Yulu Yogurt and some pineapple and mango (this was a surprisingly good combo!). And to make it even more fun, I got the kids excited about Valentine’s Day by serving it up with a Valentine’s Day table setting (which you can do on your own with the free printables below).
We had so much fun eating our Valentine’s Day breakfast and redeeming our coupons for Free Hugs (expiration date: never!). You can download the full printable set (two placemats, four Free Hug coupons, two table place cards, and a bunch of Valentine’s Day flags) by clicking on the image below (or clicking here).
And after telling the story about how my kids always love yogurt, let’s just hope I didn’t jinx myself and tomorrow my kids refuse to eat yogurt (because that would totally happen!). More likely than turning on yogurt, though, I’ll be dealing with them fighting over this awesome spoon. If I ever let them use it to begin with. 😉
