This evening, I had one of those moments when I realized (once again) that after having kids, some things are just not the same.
Because as I looked at my daughter, asleep and peaceful in her bed…in own room, even…I thought, “Aww! Bottoms up!”
There was a time when the phrase “Bottoms Up!” meant something different entirely. It involved alcohol and bars and parties and wild nights.
These days? Not so much.
